I've been caring for children as long as I can remember. As the oldest of 30 first cousins, I've done it all! I am 45 and the mother of one 22 year old college senior. Most recently, I've cared for infants and toddlers up to 2 years old in my home. I just completed 7 months of caring for 2 babies fulltime, for a young mother trying to get stable in a new city. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I worked 3 years as an elementary school substitute teacher. I taught Sunday School for many years and serve as the youth advisor and musical director at my church. In addition to providing childcare, I am also professional vocalist and entertainer. I've performed in bands and as a solo artist throughout the East coast. So I sometimes travel on the weekends to perform. In between performances, I would love the opportunity to connect with the right families in need of ocassional or part-time help keeping life with the kids moving smoothly.
