Sitter in Raleigh, North Carolina

I'm a student at Wakefield High School. I have had three years of experience looking after children of all ages from toddlers to teenagers. I have a 4.6 GPA, and am an avid reader! I especially love reading to children, and am an active volunteer at two different elementary schools helping kindergardeners learn to read and reading to them. I am a mentor at Durant Road Elementary School for the 6th grade Science Olympiad. I was elected by a group of teacher to be the Vice President of my class, and was also nominated to be on Homecoming Court. I strive to be a positive role model. I am a member of the National Art Honors Society at my school, and have plenty of fun crafts and games to play! I tutor teenagers and children in many different subjects from basic elementary school science and math to high schoolers in calculus and chemistry. I have plenty of teachers and other school administrators that can easily be contacted to speak of my character. I have even babysat for two of my teachers, and I can give you their contacts if requested! I am a soccer player with CASL and have traveled to Europe to guest play on teams from Sweden and Denmark. I absolutely love playing games and being outdoors! I am very active and a hard worker. I have been a lifeguard for the past two summers at two different pools in North Raleigh. I have taught swim lessons to children of all ages, and am extremely patient and vigilant. I have experience administering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. I have access to many pools across North Raleigh if your'e interested in your kids learning to swim or just for a fun after school activity!
