Good Afternoon! My name is Alexandria Osolky, and I am a 19 year old student currently attending Wilfred Laurier University, and am enrolled in the Archaeology department! A quick debrief on myself and work ethic: To begin I am the second oldest of four children (all ranging between the ages of 14-21). Growing up I was a strong role model towards my siblings and babysat quite often. I would encourage and push my siblings to meet their goals, and influence them to overcome fears and learn new skills. Communication is an important attribute in creating a strong relationship with individuals. Listening, understanding, and working together to accomplish and achieve objectives is essential in creating a comfortable atmosphere. From cleaning, to feeding, assisting in the completion of homework, playing games I am able to offer a healthy and safe environment. Due to my active nature, I am able to keep up with a fast paced family and become involved in daily activities. In addition to working with my family, I have babysat and worked as a leader at camps since the age of 14. In all, I am able to work immediately until the end of August (full time/ part time). Starting as early as needed and working as late as necessary. I have a strong work ethic completing jobs fast yet effectively and am capable to adapting to any given work environment. Working as a team, and maintaining a positive attitude allows for a safe and comfortable atmosphere that I strive to meet. I am a responsible, hard worker who is willing to learn new things and improve in any way possible.
