Sitter Job in Junction City, Kansas

Hello. I'm a full time working mom with a 16 month old son. I have classes on Tuesday and Thursday night that starts at 6 pm and ends at 8:30 pm in Manhattan. With that said, I need a babysitter that could come to my home prior to 6 pm so I could have time to travel to manhattan for my classes on time. We live off of 4th st and Washington in Junctin City, KS. My son has a routine schedule everyday when we get home. We normally eat dinner (I will have dinner prepared, his food just needs to be heated up prior to feeding), give him a bath (I'll set out his night clothes for bed), he plays or watches "Daniel Tiger" till 7:30 pm, by 7:30 pm I check to see if his diaper is dry (if not I change it prior to bed) and I mAke his sippy cup (filled 75% water and 25% Gatorade) that he drinks in bed. My son does this routine schedule of ours every single day. My son does not take well to strangers or new faces especially when he sees his mommy has to leave. So please keep in mind that there will be some crying in the beginning till he gets used to his babysitter. Now how you choose to handle his crying and outburst is my concern. I don't want my back turned or away from home, and my child is being harmed for crying because he wants his mommy.
