Sitter Job in Spokane, Washington

I am searching for someone who is interested in a very part time job helping me with my three daughters and occasionally running errands. I need occasional childcare, someone to run periodical errands, and take the girls to and from extra curricular activities. I am a single mother so the pay has to be reasonable.
