I am woman with and adult child, who is from Colorado and have lived here in NY for over eleven years. I am a Medical Assistant by trade. I have been a Nanny, for a baby boy from two weeks old until just after he was 2 . I was a live-in five to six nights a week, feeding, playing, and teaching. I would take him outside in the stroller, and we would look at nature and enjoy the fresh air. Fitness and nutrition are a big part of my life and love to read.
