I have been caring for children, either paid or unpaid, for the past 14 years, it hasn't been a career of mine until 2009. In 2012, while working at a center based out of Maple Grove, I received my Associates Degree in Child Development at Rasmussen College. I have 10 nieces and nephews all under the age of 18 as well as my own three children :) I grew up in a family of eight and we always help each other out. I love working with children and teaching them new healthy ways to have fun. I have had experience in both a nanny setting as well as center setting, working with children. I enjoy both, each has different aspects of going about teaching the kids, but the outcome of classic learning through play is always the same. I like to apply curriculum based fun as my teaching methods. That's the best way of putting it!
