Sitter in Carmel, New York

I have been babysitting children off and on for 15 years, both as a regular nanny/babysitter, and on an as-needed basis. For the past 5 years I have been working full time with special needs children and adolescents in an intensive psychiatric hospital, so I am comfortable working with children that have behavioral problems. I also recently spent a week caring for a newborn when her mother was on bed rest. Because of my extensive experience, I feel comfortable caring for children of any age. I have always "clicked" with children and parents have always known they can trust me. I love kids! My primary concern is always for their safety, but after that my goal is to make each day special and fun with games, arts and crafts, reading, music, and outdoor fun. I am a positive and encouraging person who is excited to help children grow
