Caring Licensed Child Care Provider in the Whittier, Ca. 90604 (will also serve La Mirada and Norwalk area) Provider has 25 years experience, an AS in Early Childhood Education, a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Child Development and a Program Director permit. Space is available in my home for children aged preschool (2.5-5) and school aged (5-12 years). Using the developmentally appropriate research based curriculum High/Scope that focuses on child initiated and teacher directed activities based on the individual needs of your child. After school pick up available for Whittier. Non traditional hours and Saturday Care is also available. Educational program is Monday-Friday 7:00-6:45 PM. Hourly rates are available for hours outside of the regular program. Summer care and babysitting also available. The High quality education focuses on health, physical development, communication, math, science, literacy, art, dramatic play, language development and social emotional development. Yoga for children will help them to learn spatial awareness, self regulation, and improve fine and gross motor skills. Meals and snacks included.
