Sitter in Morrison, Colorado

Stay at home Mom to two girls ages 3 1/2 and 14 months. We are a very active family and like to play outdoors and learn through getting our hands a little dirty. We live on almost two acres with a creek running through the front of the property. We have a cute kids' area with three miniature houses that allow kids to feel as though they have a place of their very own. We are in the planning stages of designing our greenhouse so that we can continue our gardening into the winter months. We will also be adding chickens and goats within the year which is very exciting. My philosophy is that children learn best when they are excited and engaged. There are many ways to teach letters, numbers, reading skills, basic math, manners, etc in a non-traditional manner. I work my hardest to find each childs' "formula" to learning and achieving.
