I'm an outgoing, friendly, and engaging 22yo who has worked with children--as a babysitter and nanny--for over six years. I've also been teaching children's literature & activities classes at a co-op for two years now. I love working with children, being involved in their development, and watching them grow and learn. My ideal job is doing just what I'm doing now--working with kids! As a nanny I will offer your children affectionate and disciplined attention, loving care, and lots of fun and creative games--spending as much time in the fresh air as possible! As a nanny I promote discipline and respect, and also creativity and fun games. I believe in spending lots of time outdoors--going on walks, to the park, to the beach, and playing games and sports. Coming up with games and activities that encourage a child to use his or her imagination and discover creative and enjoyable ways to spend their time besides just watching TV is one of the best parts of this job. I also love reading high-quality children's literature to children and will frequently bring books from my own home to my work.
