I have an 8 month old son in need of a consistent and reliable person to watch him while my husband and I are at work. My family has a pretty random work schedule, and days/hours won't be the same from week to week. Will be able to give notice of the schedule the weekend before. I would prefer to pay per day rather than per hour or week because of this. I am looking for someone with experience with infants, flexible availability, and reasonable rates!
