Sitter Job in Springfield, Missouri

I'm looking for a GREAT Babysitter Homeschool Provider for 1 child: My daughter 7, is a very polite-sweet-shy-at times girl. We are very active in the home/school community trekking to various classes and activities in our local community. She participates well with activities, has great attention, manners and respect. Her family is very proud of her and seeks the best care for her. Our daughter has also been in Gymnastics Training since she was 2. She loves all things girly -into Princess and Barbie type of stuff. She is Active Outdoors with riding Bikes/Scooters/Skates/Trampoline/Swimming/Gardening. Her best subject is Math, she loves Science. I seek a responsible provider with a clean/non smoking/nutritionally balanced atmosphere. The providers home should be safe with no hazards and with an Emergency Safety Plan. I prefer provider to Limit Exposure to Animals/Sweets/Eggs. I also need our provider to be Prompt with first aid care to all Falls, Scratches/Wounds that require Bandaging and Ointment/Lotions. The Provider should be Sensitive to sudden need for a Nap/Rest period on an as needed basis. Encourage/assist our daughter with Proper Hygiene. Also you could possibly be responsible for pickups and drop-offs, (but likely this would be very rare). Please be a fan of outdoor activities. Looking to hire someone who Encourages/Assists Reading and Math worksheets. (My daughter works Independently, she just needs guidance occasionally.) Arts and Crafts lovers are strongly encouraged to apply. I will provide crafting materials and snacks. The Immediate need for care is Every Tues., Weds. and Friday. Starting in a month from now the need for care will be every Tues. and Fri. The Tues. and Fri. need for care will not change, this position is year round as my daughter is a home schooled life learner. The hours will be from 6 a.m.-3 p.m.
