Hi, I'm Christa! I understand that finding proper child care can be exhausting and it can be hard to know who will make the best fit for your child. I have a life time of experience with child care, from a young age I was looking after my siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins. In a large family this is normal to help out where you can. Needless to say it's just part of who I am! I have grown up caring for and nurturing others and I have learned a lot from my experience. I am adaptable and patient with young ones as it is so necessary to be when one is learning! I want you to know that my goal is to protect and guide your child so that they can enjoy their time as well as make the most of it! I am a firm believer that childhood years are pivotal in a persons life and I believe I can shine a light of encouragement and growth in any home and I would not take my job carelessly, I know your child is your pride and joy and I want to be a reliable ally in both you and your child's lives. I believe that open communication is important when your child is being cared for: I would expect and encourage you to stay in contact throughout the day through texts, or calling, photos and so on at your discretion. I know it can be a challenge, especially for new parents to part from their babies, so in any way I can ease your mind I will be accommodating! Also, I am CPR and first aid certified as required by Iowa's highschool graduation requirements.
