My name is Connie Wang and I would like the opportunity to work with you and your young family! I am available to begin interviewing with you this week and starting work the following week. I began nannying/babysitting 2 years ago and I have worked part-time with various families in the downtown core. I started with one family when the youngest child was 3 weeks and he will be 2 years old next month. It's been an unforgettable experience! What inspired me to start working with children in a home environment was my 4 month trip to rural Tanzania that happened two years ago. I left to volunteer to teach English at a primary school as well as helping out in baby orphanages. I worked with 45 children in my classroom and 30 babies in the baby orphanages. Prior to my trip, I graduated from the University of Toronto in June. I specialized in theatre and minored in psychology. I grew up dancing ballet, then transitioned into acting and singing. I was a lifeguard/aquatic instructor for 6 years and I taught musical theatre for 3 years. Currently, I am an up and coming actor and part-time nanny. I am looking to work with a family for afternoons into evenings. I can do light housekeeping and I love cooking. I can also speak conversational Mandarin.
