Costa Rican female 32, childcare provider with experience at managing groups of kids of various ages, 3 or 4 kids at the same time sometimes, and assessing children behavior, needs and health to determine appropriate teaching style and action. Cared for children 3 months to 13 years of age. 2 years as a living in Nanny (Au Pair in Mandeville and New Orleans), with 2 wonderful families and almost 2 years as an independent babysitter with kids of all ages.
