Sitter Job in Barrie, Ontario

I am having the very hard decision of having a live out nanny or putting my son in a home daycare. I am a full time nurse at RVH who works 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights 12 hour shifts. My boyfriend works Monday to Friday usually 7am-6pm. Because of our hours it's nearly impossible to find a daycare. We are located in the North end off of Georgian dr and only looking at daycares in this area. I would prefer a live out nanny instead of daycare. Our nanny would need to have a reliable vehicle, at least G2 licence, some post secondary schooling, police check, CPR/first aid, loving, intelligent, caring, and not scared of dogs. Duties would include cooking 3 meals a day, letting dogs out, educational activities, play time and possibly attending our baseball games to watch our son. Schedule would be 8-10 days a month 12-13 hours a day 6:30am - 6-7pm. Please e mail me your rates if your interested. I am looking to pay no more then 600/month since home daycare would cost me 250-300/month and they provide meals.
