If you need a reliable person that won't back out at the last minute then I am your person. I used to be a foster parent until I moved here to Iowa. I have lived in Iowa now for 6yrs and do have references. I am able to watch any age. I don't believe in just turning a television on and having the children sit in front of it. The only time your child will be sitting in front of a tv is if we are watching something educational, lunch time and if it rains.
