I am very passionate about teaching and have the skills to create a safe learning enviorment for your child. . Given the opportunity, I will strive to represent the program with the highest standards. I have many hours of volunteer and student teacher service at local middle and elementary schools. I possess the necessary skills to keep your child on a dedicated schedule that will cater to there every need.. I have created and operated a variety community service events and have won awards at a state level for my contribution to the community. As the President of my local Future Career and Community Leaders of America chapter, I focused my community service events on awareness of health related problems such as Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Breast Cancer awareness, and multiple events involving The Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, these events allowed me to create relationships with in my community. I have had the opportunity to work with the police force, EMS, the fire department and even the mayor in my county to implement my community service efforts. I am also impassioned about child and adolescent health and have volunteered on several occasions at local schools to implement health and wellness education programs. I have also volunteered my assistance at these local schools in order to raise self-awareness in the student body. One of the events I created consisted of a whole afternoon talking to first graders about having high self-esteem and setting goals. This project was particularly meaningful to me and allowed me to have one on one conversations with children who needed a confidence boost. My dedication to these activities has taught me how to solve problems and produce effective results. These skills will help me succeed at your preschool. My goal is that as your childs childcare provider I will be able to set the foundations necessary for these young children to build upon in their future years of schooling. I will also strive to be a positive role model by giving my students an example of what a productive and positive asset to their community they can be.
