East Valley Early Childhood Center is a home-based day care and pre-school. Located in Mesa, near Higley & Southern. I am a former special education teacher and love the opportunity to work with kids. I hold a degree in Education from Arizona State University, maintain clearance and state certification through the Arizona Department of Public Safety, as well as being First Aid & CPR certified. My home is kept very clean and safe and is located in the far back of a safe, quiet subdivision. My home includes a play room as well as a large backyard play area that does not have a pool. An emphasis is placed on creativity, the arts, and forming a strong foundation to prepare kids for school. Kids are engaged in age-appropriate educational and creative activities throughout the day. Drawing, story times, arts and crafts, listening to and creating music, and gardening are just a few of the things we'll do! Healthy lunches and snacks are provided each day. There are currently full and part time spots available for kids ages 12 months and above.
