Hello parents!
I have been in the nursing profession for the past 6 years. I have recently decided to spend more time with my son, and decided to open an in home daycare.
My philosophy is to offer kiddos with an educational in home environment where they feel loved , safe and happy. As a single mom I have had issues finding quality childcare for my son. Not very many childcare homes offer any educational programs, or actually follow it if they offer it. I believe childcare providers must be a good influence on kids through example and age appropriate teaching experiences.
I have volunteered in kindergarten classes and I also have over 80 hours and counting of child development education. CPR certified, food handler's card, abuse and neglect classes. Licensed Practical Nurse active License. Registered in the Oregon Background Registry.
