Sitter Job in South Pasadena, California

I'm basically looking for someone to be pleasant, and talk the kids through what is going on (at least the first go around)... we are big about telling the kids what is coming next in the day. (Ok in 5min we are going to move on to a new game).A non-risk taker who doesn't mind waiting the extra 20 seconds at a stop sign rather than seeing if they can 'make it'. Someone who is willing to play games with the kids or listen to them as they go through their typical play routines (the kids don't watch TV except for on the weekends) but that that doesn't matter as much if a sitter is over for an hour or two. Someone with common sense who realizes that child care is not an chance to invite others to our home or run errands with our kids.
