Simone gets our highest recommendation. She joined us when our son was about 18 months old and was an excellent caregiver for him. As a parent, it can be hard to trust others with your little one, but we never worried about his safety or well-being when he was with Simone. She is responsible, mature, uses excellent judgement, and genuinely cared about our boy. He adored her, but she also took no shenanigans when he tried to pull toddler tricks. Simone sat for us 3 days a week, 4 hours at a time. She was responsible for light meal preparation, meal time, diaper changes, dressing, and playing. She also did light housework like emptying the dishwasher, ironing, and sweeping. She balanced the household duties with childcare very well. Simone has a big heart, a good head on her shoulders, and is trustworthy. You'd be lucky to get her!
