Hello I'm Antoinette Allen 38yrs of age, I'm very well experienced in childcare since I was a child myself to this present day. I initially grew up in a daycare setting that was provided by a beautiful woman by the name of Ms. Hilda Duers, who also took care of my mother when she was a child and became a grandmother figure in my earlier life. Living and growing up in that household gave me the understanding and know how to take care of children at very young age. As I progressed in age throughout my teenage years I to take on the responsibility of raising my two brothers who are now 37 and 31 years old, while our mother worked 2nd shift jobs Mondays through Fridays. As I became a young adult I was blessed with the opprotunity to care for many of my friends and family children which most today are young adult and grown adults. My biggest task in my lifetime caring for children and that I take much pride in because I 19 at the time, was watching 13 children from the ages of 1 year old to 9 years old and were all brothers, sisters and cousins for two days by myself while their parents who were all good friends of mine enjoyed a break that they rarely got. I also have 22 years of food experiences from being a manager, serve safe certified at one time, and at learning center for 126 children and staff at Today's Child. I also blessed go have the experience of caring for children from all walks of life and some with abnormal conditions. I understand children and what it takes to provide proper care for them, like patience, love and just getting to the individual child him or herself because yes every child is his and her on person coming up in the world we all live in. I don't have any degrees in childcare just my personal experiences and much love. It takes a village to raise one child and as long as I continue to enter a childs life I will make a POSITIVE IMPACT!
