I received my degree, BS in Child and Family Studies, from the University of Tennessee in 2011. I have worked in an after school program with ages 5-14 where I led academic and recreational activities, including Reader's Theater, team building skills, and implemented service-learning activities. I also conducted hands on learning in crafts, cooking, and exercise. Recently I have been using my skills in a day care where I work with babies and children ranging in ages from 3 months to 10 years. I am now a stay at home mom to a baby girl born in May 2013. I would like to work for a family in a home where I am able to bring my daughter along with me.
