Sitter in Albany, Oregon

Hello my name is Taylor Read. I am a 20 year old female and I am currently working as a cashier here in Albany but I would like to get back into what I love, which is childcare. Growing up I babysat all age groups, 3 years ago my mom had a baby and being a single mom I took on most of the responsibility for my baby sister, doctors appointments, all day childcare. I was pretty much her mom. I also worked in a daycare for a year starting in the baby room, my responsibilities were to take care of all the infant to 2 year olds. It was amazing and I loved every second of it. After that the 2-3 year old teacher was overwhealmed with her class so I went in there in the afternoons and got those children under control again. The same thing happened to the afterschool kids and I started a couple systems to help get them where they needed to be on the responsible and respectful level. I play guitar, piano and I sing. I believe that music should be part of a childs life. I am very active and love love love arts and crafts. I find myself at the library on my days off reading and trying to learn all I can.
