Hello! My name is Trevor Barton and I am an experienced pre-K teacher of 5 years looking for nannying or babysitting positions during the daytime or weekend hours. After graduating from UCSb with a degree in English Literature, I immediately moved to Spain to get my TEFL degree to teach ESL. For three years, I taught kindergarten during the day and adults by night. After Spain I moved to China and essentially did the same thing there for 2 years. I just moved back about 5 months and am teaching ESL to adults at night in Old Town. I have a passion for teaching and love molding the younger generations. Of course, the position I am applying for isnt necessarily teaching so know that I am an outgoing and gregrious (as is necessary when teaching 3-6 \year old) person, but above all I have learned to be extremely patient because that, to me, is the most necessary trait in this area.
