I have a younger brother that is 19 years old, and is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have learned to feed him, change him, and take care of any of his needs. He is very dependent on us. I have learned to handle his tantrums, give him all of his medications, and calm him down. I believe that has taught me a lot about caring for children, so I can apply that knowledge with any other child!
