I've known Michelle C for 7 years as our weekend babysitter. She has been nothing short of a lifesaver. Our children adore her. She is always coming up with excellent activities for the kids, and has lots of wonderful warm, positive energy. I trust her completely. She is totally on the ball with communication and a very helpful partner in keeping our family running smoothly.

Michelle was our nanny for 4 years, from the time my older daughter was 5 months old. We recently moved out of the city and unfortunately Michelle could not move to join us. Michelle loves children. Being a nanny is a profession to her, not simply a job. She was invaluable in helping us navigate being first-time parents. We welcomed our second daughter during her time with us, and Michelle made taking care of a very spirited toddler and a newborn look easy. Michelle was early every single day and was always incredibly reliable and flexible. She was amazing about finding activities, scheduling play dates, etc. and would send us tons of photos and videos of the girls. She took wonderful care of them and went out of her way to find ways to make our life easier. She loves my girls like they are her own, and they love and miss her so much. Any family would be so lucky to work with Michelle!
