Full time working mom. Looking for a sitter/nanny for my 16 month old daughter. I am looking for someone who understands that every child is different and makes advancements when they are ready to, not by age or other resources. Hours and days would be split between my place and her father's. Hours would be roughly 8-5 maybe a little later. Daily activities to include story time and brain stimulating games. No TV or electronics.
