Hello!! My name is Chelsea, and I'd love I care for your children and help them grow and learn! I was a live-in nanny for a family in Elgin, OR for the summer of 2011. I took care of 11 and 9-year-old girls and a 3-year-old boy. My duties included tidying and occasionally deep cleaning the house, preparing meals, and helping the children get ready for bed, as well as playing with them (going to the park, going on bike rides, etc.). I was a nanny for 2 families in Gresham, OR as well. I babysat occasionally in high school, and have lots of experience with children through volunteering, participating in community theater, and caring for younger siblings. I currently work for a non-profit organization where I'm an in-home caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities. I am CPR/First Aid Certified, and have also received training dealing with behavioral issues. I have been playing the piano since I was 4, singing since I was 6, and performing in musical theatre and dance at the Elgin Opera House since high school. Music and theatre are a big part of my life, and I would love to share my talents with your children! I also enjoy reading, writing, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and cooking/baking. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, keeping healthy foods and lots of exercise at the top of my priorities.
