Hello my name is Rachel Smith and I am a Junior Nursing major at Howard University. I am currently employed at the Lighthouse After-School and Summer Program, where I first served as a volunteer and have worked as an employee there since 2013. I worked with grades K-8th. I also have done babysitting in the past working with newborns, toddlers, and young children. I am very responsible, caring and loving. I am dependable and integrity is very important to me. When working with children, I take my job very seriously because as parents you all are putting your child or childrens live in my care and have expectations that you need me to fulfill.
