My name is Vanessa Staten. I am 28 years old. I'm looking for a nanny position, in your home or mine, M- F and I'm available between the hours of 7am and 7pm (with flexibility). I am a non-smoker and I have over 10 years of experience as a full time nanny. In addition to being a nanny I have done a lot of babysitting, starting at 12 years old. One of my most recent jobs was caring for three children for a busy family in Raleigh. Their ages were 6, 3 and 18 months I was there for 3 continuous years. I have also worked in a nanny position which began with two 3 month old babies. My most current job was caring for one boy, age 1 year. I started with this family when the little guy was 2 weeks old, but the job ended the first week in November because they have decided to start him in a childcare facility. All of my jobs have ended well... kids growing out of the need for care, families moving, etc... I am in school, online, at Grand Canyon University completing my Bachelors in Early Childhood and Bachelors in Special Education degrees. I am basic first aid and infant and child CPR certified. I have my own reliable transportation that can easily seat at least three car seats. I will have no problem passing a background and driving record check. I am very interested in securing a position with a full time, long-term, busy, fun, family.
