Before telling you about what I do and who I am, I would like to express my desire or what I believe to be a calling to take care of others. I have such a passions and a joy for people that need that extra help that only certain people can provide. I believe my experience and love of what I do will be an asset to any opportunity that I am given a chance to take when it comes to taking care of others. I have been a caregiver for the past 5 years. I have worked for a range of people needing help, whether that be; taking care of children, providing personal care to people with physical or mental disabilities, dealing with individuals that have Alzheimers or Dememtia, providing an exceptable social and emotional enviroment for children and adults with Autism, passing medications, performing nurse delegated tasks (g-tube feedings, insulin shots, catheters, blood pressure etc..), as well as the basics of cooking and cleaning on a daily basis.
