Hi, my name is Amberlea or AJ for short. I am a registered teacher who has traveled the world and am now home to stay, and I am a great story teller! I have taught kids from ages 3 to 17, with more time spent with the little ones. As a care giver I am someone who needs to help the children learn through play, reading, writing and really enjoying the desire to learn. I love drama- drama as in the art of dance, plays, singing and creativity, so if you are looking for someone who wants to help your children discover the world through creativity and having fun, that's me. I aspire to be Miss Frizzle and Mary Poppins put together. BONUS: I'm also a good cook! And although I unfortunately cannot sing at the toys and have them put themselves away, I am fairly OCD about cleanliness and tidiness. I also insist on anyone old enough to help clean does what they can to help. My teaching experience has taught me how to problem solve, to relate to children on their level and earn their respect and affection.
