Sitter in Taos, New Mexico

I started babysitting for members of my church when I was 12. By the time I was 16 I became a live-in Nanny for a family of 6 in Colorado for a summer. I was most recently employed at Taos Ski Valley Children's Center and worked with infants and children up to 15 years old. My favorite age is 6weeks- 12 months. I love taking care of babies. I have a 1 year old daughter and am a UNM student. I am passionate about early childhood education and work with an early childhood specialist to further my understanding of young children. The most important years are the first 3! I certified in Child Safety and CPR. I am available Tuesdays and Wednesday and Saturdays and Sundays. I have reliable transportation and am willing to meet and talk with you about your child's needs and become familiar with them before babysitting. When your child is with me you can rest assured that their health and safety is my priority. I take nutrition very seriously and adapt waldorf style teaching activities. I don't believe in putting children in front of screens and tablets and will spend most of our time together engaging in sensory activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
