Sitter Job in San Antonio, Texas

We are considering enrolling our one year old in a home-based day care, or possibly even a nanny share. We would like for him to be with other kids, but we are not ready for a large day care center. We are looking for a home in north or north-central San Antonio. Caretaker must have a background check, and registration or state licensure is a plus. Must be smoke-free and we would prefer flexibility with a part-time or full-time schedule. Most important qualities: safety, cleanliness, good communication, caring/hands on with the kids, and a creative and engaging environment.
