I am a mother of two young, healthy and happy children, and a certified, experienced teacher who has decided to take a break from the teaching profession, and operate a home-based preschool/daycare. Our family lives in the Town of Essex (just off of Highway 3), on Kelly Rd. My home is newly renovated with young children’s safety in mind, and is smoke-free, with a fenced in back yard! I am available for before and after-school child care, as well as full time Monday-Friday early learning childcare. In addition to having ample experience working with children, I can provide endless references, a police clearance, and first aid certification (additional anaphylaxis wcertification). You can expect a loving home with clear expectations and engaging activities for your child’s day! As well, I have first-hand experience in preparing children from ages 6 months-5 years old for kindergarten and grade 1 social, emotional and intellectual expectations.
