Sitter Job in Spokane, Washington

Hello. My name is Carla, and I have three beautiful boys, aged 11, 7 and 6. My 7 year old is almost 8. He has autism. He is very high functioning. He can speak, and tell you what he wants, etc. However, he can get angry and upset and we would need a sitter able to keep him calm and gently talk with him when he does become upset. Our 11 year old son is pretty much able to do what he needs without help. All he needs is someone to ensure that no emergencies occur. He is also a huge help when it comes to his younger siblings. My 6 year old son is in the process of getting diagnosed, but we are pretty sure he has ADHD. He can be hyper and excitable, and sometimes yells or jumps around. However all three boys are very sweet, kind, and loving. They all have big hearts. I am currently pregnant with twin daughters, and we need someone lined up to watch them in case I go into labor and my mother in law and other family members are unavailable. Almost all of our family works and my mother in law will be going on a trip for five days next month. This would be a job for the birth and also for things that may come up. We need someone who can be kind, but firm with Simon and Cody (our youngest two children), and will allow Michael (the oldest) to help out and do his own thing for the most part. Also, we have 5 cats and 2 dogs, so if you have allergies this would not be the best situation for you. Easy things like feeding the pets, making sure they have water, scooping litter, and allowing the dogs to go out to go potty and come back in would be needed. It would help if you have experience with children who have the types of issues younger boys have. Thank you so much for looking. Good references are a must.
