Sitter in Los Angeles, California

I am looking for a full time live in position in Southern California. I am currently in Florida, but ready to move and start asap. I was a pre-school teacher for infants up through ages 10 (after school care) for a total of 5 years. I love working with children and watching them learn and discover. I love creating lesson plans, thinking of creative ways to work on various developement skills. I like to have a good, set schedule including, (depending on age) learning time, story time, art, music, free play, naptime, homework time, and also try to get outdoors and get out some energy at the playground. I enjoy coming up with fun new projects and games each day. And for infants, it's a little less regarding "teaching", but I know how important it is to keep a routine, not only bottle feedings and diaper changes, but try to get on a schedule as far as say a daily routine of singing songs and looking at picture books, going outside, having "tummy time" to help develope those gross motor skills, etc. I am looking for a job that is strictly a nanny, not a housekeeper. My main focus being on the child and being cared for during the day, with a consistent schedule; while also educating them as a pre-school teacher both academically, and morally. That is my best attribute, caring for the children. Unfortunately, I don't do housework and I am far from a chef. I will prepare meals if necessary, for the children, I just cannot cook meals for the whole family. I am organized, and will keep things in place and neat and tidy, but I do not do cleaning.
