Openings 6 weeks to 12 years. Lil' Caboose Child Care and Play School, a licensed family home child care, offers a mixed ages program serving infants up. We are conveniently located off Rt.25 in Gorham (2 miles short of Standish) on a dead end Street. Large play yard and seperate Daycare room. At Lil' Caboose we do/have a variety of activities for your child to engage in. Lil' Caboose does not have a "structured" curriculum. Learning here is based on free play "Play based learning". Projects/activities done during our days are developed around the interests and skill levels of the children participating. We do activities that support K-readiness skills, social interactions and a child's emotional growth. Physical activity is a very importance part of our play too. Some of the other things we do are: Arts and Crafts, Learning ABC's, Colors and shapes, Play with playdough, play kitchen, baby dolls, Cook, Play games, Listen to music, Dance, Sing, dress up, Paint, finger paint, Color, go for walks, play outside as much as possible. We also have a separate indoor Daycare room with a climber and more.
