I have a 13 month old daughter and am starting back to work next week. I am looking for someone to watch her for 3-4 days a week depending on my husbands schedule, as I will be working Monday-Friday 7- 4:30 pm and he works shift work that changes week to week and he is in the National Guard and gone for weeks at a time every few months.
