Recently, I moved to Los Angeles to work as a Registered Nurse in Newborn and Infant Intensive Care. Prior to this position, I worked as an Infant and Neonate Respite Care Provider in the Bay Area. In this position, I assisted families with their young, fragile babies when they were discharged from a San Francisco Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I helped provide families with guidance in regards to providing their delicate babies with effective care. Many of the babies I cared for were multiples, premature, or had abnormalities requiring specialized care that many families needed help becoming comfortable with. Before my position as an Infant and Neonate Respite Care Provider, I worked as a Childcare Provider at a Day Care Center. This position allowed me to work with children from 0-12 years of age and it inspired me to pursue my career as a Pediatric Registered Nurse. At this time, I consider newborn and infant care my specialty. I am looking to provide a family with periodic care in this area. I look forward to hearing from you!
