Sitter Job in Gastonia, North Carolina

I have 4 beautiful children ages 11mos-8 yrs who are sweet and caring and they are in need of someone to look after them for about 4 to 8 hours 5x a week. My two oldest (girls) are in school until June 9 and then they will be home for the summer.The two youngest are boys. My kids are very well mannered and behave like kids. They are very playful but know when its time to wind down. I work part time and don't make much. I was paying my last sitter $60 every two weeks and that was what was affordable for me but I am willing to try to pay more if I can get more hours at work. She could not handle the schedule changes at my job which wasn't very often. I typically work from 3pm -7pm but occasionally have to work 11am -3 or 7pm and from 7am to 7pm. I can explain how the scheduling works in better detail over the phone.
