Sitter Job in Christiansburg, Virginia

My fiance and I are looking for a babysitter in the Christiansburg area. We both work retail and a sitter will be needed early morning, nights, and occasional weekends. We need someone for 3-5 days out of the week. The shifts would range from 3hrs-9hrs depending on our overlap. Must be able to work Tuesday evening from 1pm until 10-11pm (possibly longer during the holiday season). We generally know our schedules at least two weeks in advance. We are looking for someone who will treat him as family and someone who won't just plop him in front of a tv for the day. Must be willing to submit a background check.
