To enjoy having the experience by making impacts on many individuals I've worked with in the past/present would like to make impacts on many other individuals. I like challenges, I consider myself as a professional for what I do as a career! My current qualifications are? CPR/First Aide certified, Mandt certified, Residential Aide, Certified Medication Aide, sign language, CNA experience, documentation, ordering supplies for a group home, housekeeping, fire safety and tornado safety-tube certified, lifting and transfering, coping skills and typing! I have experience with working with individuals that have diagnosis of ADHD, ODD, OCD, autism, Down syndrome, tumor sclerosis, behavioral, Alzheimer’s disease and physically disabled. I'm a confident, caring, supportive leader and compassionate towards everyone. I enjoy taking care of others, making a difference in peoples lives and going out of my comfort zone to make someone happy wanting the parents to know they can trust me taking care of individuals in their lives. Being a nanny or direct care staff on a weekly routine basis with experiencing, grocery shopping, laundry, deep cleaning having the individuals I'm caring for (depending upon the age for safety concerns), taking part in these daily living chores to feel some independence in their life to get the chance to be experienced in chores. When caring for a individual on a daily basis I like to maintain structural environment to keep them busy and consistent in their days by having a schedule, depending on the parents preferences, I enjoy working with kids on educational development activities such as, working on speech, numbers, letters, reading and writing. Basically I'm an easygoing person that wants to make individuals happy that I’m caring for. I enjoy outdoor activities, games, outings, camp anything that someone would have an interest in.
