Hi, I am Madisyn. I am 17 years old and I have been babysitting for years. I have been using Care..... for most of my babysitting jobs but I have decided to branch out to other websites. I am CPR certified and I have my driver's license and my own car so there would be no fuss over transportation issues. I am the oldest of two; a 15 year old and an 11 year old. I am also the oldest cousin of a 14 year old, 7 year old, and a 15 month old. I actively take care of them and participate in their lives and I would be able to provide contact information to all of their parents. I am a very aspirational person and I love setting new goals for myself. I also try to instill that in others. Especially children, it is important for them to know that there are so many things that they can be. I am very fun to play with, I love reading books, watching Disney and Pixar movies, and even playing with dolls (if that is what the kids want to do). I am great at making homework seem fun and getting it done fast. I do also have a discipline plan. Every time someone is bad, I find a spot where they can be alone for 5 minutes and I let them know what they did wrong and what they should do next time. Then, I make up with them and play a game. Next time they are bad, I do add 5 more minutes to their time out. And so on. I do like to keep it fun so I will give a few warnings. But when I say "I will warn you one more time," it is serious. I take honesty very serious in general especially when it comes to children and to the parents. I hope that my description is what you are looking for in a caretaker and I hope to be hearing from you!
