Sitter Job in Bay City, Michigan

My name is Amber. I am looking for a baby sitter for my 12y/o brother, Mikey. You need to be comfortable with cats because we do have a cat named Chewy, though you probably won't have to worry much about him because he does sleep most of the day. You will be responsible for feeding him once a day, light cooking, and dinner dishes; Mikey will do dishes every other day. During the summer, he needs to be in bed by ten p.m. After school starts, he needs to have all his homework done before he goes to bed at 8. Don't be fooled, he will try to lie to you and say he has no homework. MAKE SURE you ask to see his all his papers and things to double check his story. If he does have homework, checking it after he is done will be very helpful. Just mark the wrong answers in pencil so he can go back and check them. He needs a shower every Tue, Thurs, and Sunday. I shouldn't need to say this, but my family is very cautious, NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE FRONT TWO BEDROOMS. There is a lock on one right now and there will very likely be a lock on the other before I start work. But, I thought I should put that in there just in case. He is allowed on the game systems for ONE HOUR during the week and two on the weekend (after school starts, during the summer its two hours a day) and only after his homework and chores are done. You can't watch the movies we have on the shelves because we don't have a working DVD player at this time. But, any movies you want to watch on our DVR is fine. DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING. I will have a list of items on the DVR written and will be checking to make sure none was deleted that shouldn't have been. The desktop computer doesn't work either. The window in the kitchen closest to the stove is to stay closed. It has no screen and I'd prefer if my cat didn't try to escape through it. The other kitchen window can be opened but must be closed before dark. I don't know about you, but I personally don't want to deal with bats. If it happens to rain, the fans can be taken out of the windows and the windows can be closed. Otherwise, please leave the fans where they are. Falling asleep on the couch is fine, as long as Mikey is asleep first.
