Safe & Sound: Leslieville's Home Daycare and Playschool has one spot available for a child aged 16 months or older. This is a full-time spot and it is available starting December 1st, 2014 (could negotiate for a January, 2015 start). We encourage you to visit our website at www.....com. Our daily rate is $78/day for full time care. This includes: - the care of 2 providers to our 5 children - two snacks and lunch made on site daily...often with help and input from the kids! - all field trips (eg Solar Stage Children's Theatre, High Park, Riverdale Farm, Christie Pitts, fire station, the Beach, etc.) and community outings (eg our intergenerational partnership with a local retirement residence, Lil' Bean n' Green, bakery classes at The Icing on The Cake, etc.) - all workshops and special guests (eg drumming workshops, monthly cooking classes with NutriSue, yoga instruction, drama classes, etc.) - most basic care supplies - the enriched academic program offered as a part of our regular program, taught by Karyn, a former Kindergarten teacher who is also one of our full-time Educators - access to the private password protected daycare blog where dozens of photos are posted each week with pictures of all the activities your child has experienced that week!
