Sitter Job in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

I am looking for a responsible energetic person to join our family and help with the care and development of my daughter and duties around our home. This is a full time position with a min of 30/week. The Live in Caregiver will be required to: • Supervise and care for my 3 year old daughter in our own residence • Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals. • Oversee our children's activities, such as preparing them for school daily, bathing, meals and rest periods, as instructed. • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home and instruct and teach our children about personal safety. • Tend to the emotional well-being of our children and support their social development. • Organize and participate with our children in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings. • Take child to and from school and appointments. • Perform housekeeping duties necessary i.e. laundry, dusting, organizing, bathrooms.... Requirements: Must be fluent in the English Language (Ability to Speak, Read & Understand) Completion of a Secondary school or equivalent education is required. Valid Driver's License and vehicle is an asset. First aid certification and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training is an asset Hours of work will vary from 6-8 hours daily and some will be a split shifts. You will be provided with a private furnished bedroom in our home at a cost of $350/monthly.
